At the moment, he is not sure whether he wants us to use his own name! I don't want to be labeled. I want to feel free to invent myself," explains this creative cat. "And who says a name has to be a spoken word? Why can't it be a symbol?" He shows us a sketch of a simple red fish. "This fish represents freedom. Fish is food, but it also represents the artistic freedom that feeds my soul," Toby explains. Why red? "It was the only color of paint I could find when I came up with the idea." What should we call Toby if we can't use words for his name? "That's your problem," he insists. That ended our interview with TAFKAT - 'The Artist formerly Known as Toby.'
