Since 2006, LuvUPumkin has offered high-quality, educational, creative toys and baby gifts to the online shopping community.
We
carry a variety of gifts and toys from a variety of vendors: Boon,
Calico Critters, Pawparazzi Pets, Zoobies, Melissa & Doug, GUND,
GUNDbaby, Kids Crooked Houses, Sesame Street, and TAGGIES...and we are adding new vendors and products all the time!
Being parents ourselves, we are especially concerned
about the quality and safety of the toys we sell. We want our child to have
toys
of superb quality and educational value and we want them to be safe! As
such, we are on the email list of the Consumer Products Safety
Commission and have a link on our left navigation menu to the CPSC
recall list (www.Recall.gov) where you may also sign up for government
recall emails.
What is our Mission?
Our mission at LuvUPumkin is two-fold.
#1: We create or purchase high-quality gifting products for the business and consumer markets while serving our guests with dignity and respect.
#2: We provide pregnancy resource centers(PRCs) - and other nonprofits - with an extra source of income through monetary and material donations.
Mission #1 is our business mission. Mission #2 is our mission from the heart, it's what we are all about, it's why we exist. We exist to aid pregnancy resource centers in helping women find loving alternatives to abortion. We believe no woman should feel she has no other alternative but to abort her child. This is why we are in business: to provide women - via pregnancy resource centers - with hope.
For those pregnancy resource centers that are interested in receiving either monetary or product donations, eligible PRCs will counsel their clients as follows.
- First, life begins at conception and ends at natural death.
- Second, to live a chaste life based on their state in life. This means for single people abstinance and for married folks Natural Family Planning (NFP) based on the Creighton Model and/or Couples-to-Couples Leagues. It also means lovingly explaining the beauty of fidelity in marriage.
- Last, PRCs must suggest adoption as a loving option.
